Thank you for supporting Muir Middle School Robotics!

Our online shop offers team apparel and merchandise for students, families, and supporters. Proceeds help support our robotics program and its activities.

Please review the following information before placing an order.

How Our Store Works

Our merchandise is made to order through Printful, our print-on-demand production partner.

When you place an order, your items are produced specifically for you and shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

We do not maintain an inventory of merchandise or offer in-person pickup.

Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed through our Squarespace Commerce store.

We accept the credit and debit card payment options displayed at checkout.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including:

Product, size, and color.
Quantity.
Shipping address.
Contact information.

Prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Production and Shipping

Because our merchandise is made to order, production takes place before shipping.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, production schedule, shipping destination, and carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise and as otherwise required by law.

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size or color.
Changing your mind.
Personal preference.
Ordering an incorrect quantity.

Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

Email hello@muirrobotics.com with:

Your order number.
A description of the problem.
Clear photographs showing the issue.

We will coordinate with Printful to investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please do not return merchandise without contacting us first.

This reporting period does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, please check the tracking information and contact us.

We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to investigate.

Please report suspected lost packages as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will attempt to correct it, but changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Order Cancellations

Because orders are submitted for production, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will determine whether production can still be stopped.

If an order has already entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method when possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Refunds and replacements will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Supporting Our Teams

Proceeds from merchandise sales support Muir Middle School Robotics and its activities.

Merchandise purchases are purchases of goods and should not be considered tax-deductible charitable contributions unless otherwise specifically established.
